By accessing or using C2C FashTech (c2cfashtech.com), including C2C Colab, Business Builder, Marketplace, ScanFlow, and V-Shop, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Access to C2C Colab requires registration and administrator approval: a company must be approved by the site administrator, and individual members must be approved by their company administrator. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for activity within your account.
Connect memberships begin with a 30-day free trial, after which the subscription continues at the advertised monthly rate until cancelled. Trial terms, pricing, and cancellation options are presented at sign-up and in your dashboard. You may cancel at any time.
All C2C trademarks — including C2C FashTech™, C2C Colab™, C2C Business Builder™, C2C Marketplace™, C2C AI Design Studio™, C2C ScanFlow™, C2C V-Shop™, From Concept to Consumption™, and Cognitive Commerce™ — are the property of C2C Fashion & Technology. Content you upload to your workspace remains yours; you grant C2C the limited rights needed to store and process it to deliver the service.
You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, infringe others' rights, attempt to access data outside your workspace, disrupt the service, or misrepresent your company or identity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
The platform is provided "as is" and evolving; features and AI outputs may change. To the extent permitted by law, C2C FashTech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
